Email a Counselor
Use the Email a Counselor service for short counseling questions, such as:
- College procedures, policies, graduation, and transfer process
- Certificate, degree, and transfer requirements
- Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT) Verification
- Petition Submissions
- Course prerequisite information
- Course offerings and majors available
- Referrals to other programs and services
- Transferability of СÀ¶ÊÓƵ courses
We cannot schedule counseling appointments through email. All other services require an appointment.
Send your email
In addition to your question, emails must include:
- First and Last name
- Student ID #
- Major
- Names of other colleges or universities attended (if applicable)

All emails must be sent via your СÀ¶ÊÓƵ student email address. Response time is 7-10 days.
Follow-Up
Counselors are available for appointments and express counseling services. For faster counseling service, students enrolled in special programs are encouraged to seek counseling in those programs before attempting to see a counselor in General Counseling.
